Recommendations are made on treatment plans and the number of sessions required for your condition. You will not be pressured into booking back to back appointments. My standard is to work in with your schedules on treatment, preventative and maintenance care.
Remedial massage
Remedial massage is grounded in clinical reasoning to address pain, discomfort and a restricted range of movements.
Women's Health
Addressing both physical and emotional components, the Women’s Health Massage is a gentle massage used primarily for women post C-Section.
Post Breast Cancer Massage
Adapting to life post-treatment for Breast Cancer Survivors can be a challenge, and this massage helps reduce pain, restricted movements, fatigue, and swelling through a light, therapeutic touch.
Oncology Massage
Oncology Massage is a gentle, safe and effective therapeutic form of massage to address the needs of people with Cancer. It helps mitigate symptoms.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy
Swelling, fluid retention and pain can sometimes be caused by blocked lymphatic pathways. Manual Lymphatic Drainage can clear the pathways and remediate these symptoms.
Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy is for the treatment/management of lymphedema.
Pre & Post Surgery/Trauma Therapy
Pre-surgery massage helps the body and mind be in optimal condition for the operation while post-surgery massage accelerates recovery time. Often best when done in conjunction with each other.
Personal Health and Wellness Massage
Personal health and wellness massages are typically meant for relaxation and/or general wellbeing. They help those who are overwhelmed by the stressors and demands of a busy life.
Appointments
All bookings are provisional till confirmed. For a smooth flow of appointments and to better serve my clients, I reserve the right to reschedule, terminate, or decline appointments. In case of cancellation, you will receive a follow-up because of the change and options for rescheduling.
THE FIRST APPOINTMENT
A thorough assessment will be conducted, including orthopaedic testings and noting of medical history. This is necessary to rule out contraindications and to keep clients safe. I’m a registered therapist with experienced and clients will not be rushed through their appointments.
All first appointment is 75 mins $130. (Unless booking a relaxation massage)
Fees
75 mins – $130 (Bandages and Medical Compression garments are not included)
Body Dynamics is a small business that holistically values people. The fee structure reflects my core values. I am dedicated to providing high-quality comprehensive treatments. I aim to help wherever possible and operate within a social purpose business model. Should a financial barrier of the full fee stand in your way of receiving needed treatment, please get a written referral from your Church Pastor, Iman, Kaumatua, District/Community/Registered nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or GP. A dialogue will take place before any allocated appointments.

Packages
If you plan on scheduling several massage treatments at once, you can save money through one of our package bundles. All package bundles are not refundable/transferrable once used, and it cannot be shared. Applicable for acute remedial/clinical treatment, maintenance, prevention and wellness care. 5x package bundles are valid for 8 weeks. 3x package bundles are valid for 5 weeks from date of first treatment. All unused package bundles are refundable.

All Taping, Bandages and Medical Compression Garments incur additional costs. These are personal articles and may be custom made to meet your requirements. Receipts for insurance are available on request.

Cancellations & late fees
A Cancellation within 24/48 hours of making/before the booking incurs no charges. Please inform me promptly to avoid the full fee of 100% being charged to credit cards for cancellations and “absent” on the day of the appointment. In the event of emergencies, the full fee will be waived. (Proof required)
I will try to accommodate late arrivals. However, it is not my policy to extend treatment to the next time slot. The full fee of 100% is charged should I be unable to accommodate late clients due to existing appointments.
